Before you send

Your form entries and selected photos stay in your browser until you choose Send enquiry. We do not save drafts in browser storage. The browser resizes selected JPEG, PNG and WebP photos and creates new JPEG copies without copying the original filenames or embedded location metadata. Only include furniture and the areas that need cleaning; avoid people, documents and other sensitive information.

What we store

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email, locality, optional phone number and preferred date, furniture description, message and any attached photos. They are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket using its EU jurisdiction setting. Photos are not published on the website. Access is restricted to authorised operators through the Cloudflare account. A reference number identifies the enquiry; it does not provide public access to its contents.

How long we keep it

Website enquiry records and their photos are scheduled for automatic deletion after 30 days. Cloudflare processes lifecycle deletion asynchronously, so deletion may not occur at the exact 30-day mark. If a conversation continues by email, those emails are handled separately. Contact us to ask about access, correction or earlier deletion of your enquiry, quoting your reference where possible.

Security and hosting

Cloudflare Pages hosts the site, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to reduce automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical browser and request information when you review the form. A daily salted hash of the request IP is used for short-lived submission limits; the application does not store raw IP addresses in enquiry records. Cloudflare may separately process technical request information to deliver and secure its services.

The site adds no advertising or analytics scripts. Fonts and editorial images are served locally. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

Other contact methods

Copy enquiry writes the prepared text to your clipboard only when you choose it. Email links open your own email application. These actions do not themselves send a message. Your email provider has its own privacy practices.

Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or the calculator’s estimated price. For questions about your data, email [email protected]. Final legal operator details and arrangements for any separate business records still need to be completed before the full service launch.
